ถ้าตัดสินใจแล้วว่าต้องซื้อ ต้องกู้ จะต้องทำอย่างไร

เมื่อมีความจำเป็นต้องซื้อหรือนำเงินไปลงทุน แต่เงินก้อนไม่พอ ระบบเงินกู้เป็นวิธีการที่ช่วยให้ความจำเป็นหรือความต้องการเป็นจริงขึ้นมาได้ โดยการผ่อนภาระเงินก้อนใหญ่หนึ่งครั้ง เป็นภาระเงินผ่อนระยะยาวที่เราพอจะหาจ่ายแต่ละเดือนได้

จะซื้อแบบไหน หรือกู้เงินแบบไหน มีหลักการคิดง่ายๆ ว่า ...

ก่อนอื่นคิดทบทวนอีกทีว่าจำเป็นต้องกู้ใช่หรือไม่
ถ้าต้องกู้เพื่อซื้อ ก็ควรจะหาข้อมูลว่ามีที่ไหนให้กู้บ้าง แล้วเลือกกู้กับสถาบันการเงินที่น่าเชื่อถือ เป็นแหล่งเงินกู้ในระบบที่มีหน่วยงานของรัฐเป็นผู้คุมกฏ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอัตราดอกเบี้ย เบี้ยปรับ และค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ ที่เป็นการเอาเปรียบผู้บริโภคจนเกินไป
มีเงินพอที่จะต้องผ่อนในแต่ละงวด ถ้ามีไม่พอ ก็คงต้องต่อรองเพื่อเพิ่มระยะเวลาการผ่อนชำระ
ในระยะเวลาที่เท่ากัน ได้ดอกเบี้ยยิ่งต่ำยิ่งดี โดยปกติแล้วอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้มักจะอ้างอิงกับดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ธรรมดาขั้นต่ำ (MLR) ตลอดช่วงระยะเวลาที่ขอกู้
ดูเงื่อนไขการผ่อนชำระด้วย ว่าถ้าต้องผิดนัดชำระจะเสียค่าปรับ ค่าธรรมเนียมอะไรบ้าง
ลองดูว่ามีเงื่อนไขพิเศษ อะไรบ้างที่น่าสนใจ เช่น ปลอดดอกเบี้ย หรือคิดดอกเบี้ยต่ำๆ ในปีแรก (ถ้าดอกเบี้ยมีแนวโน้มกำลังสูงขึ้น แล้วได้อัตราดอกเบี้ยคงที่จะดีกว่า ในทางกลับกันถ้าแนวโน้มดอกเบี้ยลดลง การได้อัตราดอกเบี้ยลอยตัวจะดีกว่า

It’s my opinion that a foreclosed can have a significant effect on the client’s life. House foreclosures can have a Six to 10 years negative relation to a debtor’s credit report. A borrower having applied for a mortgage or almost any loans for that matter, knows that the worse credit rating is definitely, the more tricky it is for any decent mortgage loan. In addition, it might affect the bo2wrrero17;s capacity to find a quality place to lease or rent, if that gets to be the alternative housing solution. Great blog post.

whatever prayers he gave you, all was forgiven. I agree that religion does not and should not absolve you and give you license to be an atrocity. Religion should never be a defense.But xamishatheist, you appear to be so angry. And everyone has to see things your way. Like I sa#t8id&i,217;s your blog, you can say whatever you want. You can have it open and accepting for discussion for all to come together or your way, just another form of control.

How beufitual!! Glad you had a nice time Lori. I can relate to the 50 year old house, because I live in one, but am grateful for a roof over my head. I too look forward to that home in heaven. Great post!
