ถ้าตัดสินใจแล้วว่าต้องซื้อ ต้องกู้ จะต้องทำอย่างไร

เมื่อมีความจำเป็นต้องซื้อหรือนำเงินไปลงทุน แต่เงินก้อนไม่พอ ระบบเงินกู้เป็นวิธีการที่ช่วยให้ความจำเป็นหรือความต้องการเป็นจริงขึ้นมาได้ โดยการผ่อนภาระเงินก้อนใหญ่หนึ่งครั้ง เป็นภาระเงินผ่อนระยะยาวที่เราพอจะหาจ่ายแต่ละเดือนได้

จะซื้อแบบไหน หรือกู้เงินแบบไหน มีหลักการคิดง่ายๆ ว่า ...

ก่อนอื่นคิดทบทวนอีกทีว่าจำเป็นต้องกู้ใช่หรือไม่
ถ้าต้องกู้เพื่อซื้อ ก็ควรจะหาข้อมูลว่ามีที่ไหนให้กู้บ้าง แล้วเลือกกู้กับสถาบันการเงินที่น่าเชื่อถือ เป็นแหล่งเงินกู้ในระบบที่มีหน่วยงานของรัฐเป็นผู้คุมกฏ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอัตราดอกเบี้ย เบี้ยปรับ และค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ ที่เป็นการเอาเปรียบผู้บริโภคจนเกินไป
มีเงินพอที่จะต้องผ่อนในแต่ละงวด ถ้ามีไม่พอ ก็คงต้องต่อรองเพื่อเพิ่มระยะเวลาการผ่อนชำระ
ในระยะเวลาที่เท่ากัน ได้ดอกเบี้ยยิ่งต่ำยิ่งดี โดยปกติแล้วอัตราดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้มักจะอ้างอิงกับดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ธรรมดาขั้นต่ำ (MLR) ตลอดช่วงระยะเวลาที่ขอกู้
ดูเงื่อนไขการผ่อนชำระด้วย ว่าถ้าต้องผิดนัดชำระจะเสียค่าปรับ ค่าธรรมเนียมอะไรบ้าง
ลองดูว่ามีเงื่อนไขพิเศษ อะไรบ้างที่น่าสนใจ เช่น ปลอดดอกเบี้ย หรือคิดดอกเบี้ยต่ำๆ ในปีแรก (ถ้าดอกเบี้ยมีแนวโน้มกำลังสูงขึ้น แล้วได้อัตราดอกเบี้ยคงที่จะดีกว่า ในทางกลับกันถ้าแนวโน้มดอกเบี้ยลดลง การได้อัตราดอกเบี้ยลอยตัวจะดีกว่า

Wow… each time I scrolled down I thought, “This is the one I like best. No, this is the one!” The turntable is amazing, as is the Adirondack chair and also that unliveebably designed Phoebe table! Thanks so much for posting these images! Now I hate all my furniture. (Not really. Okay, I hate it some.)

Mars 5 degrees Scorpio, in opiopitson to Jupiter 3 degrees Taurus, and of course Saturn transiting Scorpio. I’ve been waiting for change in that sixth house long time, but perhaps to no avail.
